First trimester

The first trimester of your pregnancy is marked by some rapid changes for your baby and you. Second trimester

At this point, at around 4 to 6 months, you will feel a lot better than you did in the first trimester. This is the most enjoyable time of your pregnancy. Your child would appear to be real. Your belly would grow even more, as well as your breasts. At around week 20, you will be halfway into the entire pregnancy. 

Third trimester

The third trimester of pregnancy is the last stage. Expect this to be emotionally and physically challenging. Its signs and symptoms may include mounting anxiety, heartburn and backaches. 

During this time, your child would gain more weight, and open his or her own eyes. This is exciting, since fetal movements would be even more noticeable.
